Contractor(s) will provide a metal building for wood slab sales as shown on the Site Plan page. Permits including stormwater, septic, well have been obtained. Building Permit remains. Jefferson County Planning Department approval obtained.
Contractor provide fill and grading if required. Also provide for stormater system as descrbed in the strormwater report.
Contractor to reconfigure fencing to be in accordance with the site plan.
Contractor to ensure county easements are met by buildings.
